When do we deliver?

We deliver every non-holiday Wednesday, Thursday and Friday all year round, with few exceptions. Right now we have longer delivery time than usual due to high redemption volumes and fully booked delivery dates. The package is delivered either to your door, to your job via PostNord Logistics or to a delivery point via MyPack (only non-refrigerated).

Important for you to consider before delivery!

Delivery to your door or to your job

If you live in an apartment building with locked door, you must enter an access code, if you have entry phones that are answered in the apartment you have to be home. If you live on a c / o address or if there are other names in the gate, it is important that you let us know. Rememeber also that the person delivering the package does not have the same codes and local knowledge that your regular postman and it is your responsibility to provide accurate information. These deliveries are not notified and the driver does not call you either. We ask for your phone number just in case we from Delicard need to contact you about something in connection with your order.


Delivery via MyPack to the delivery point - for products that do not require refrigeration

For those deliveries, your are notified via text message once the package is available on your delivery point. If you do not collect the package within 14 days, it will be returned to us.

Do you have a Nordic Design?

All deliveries to countries outside Sweden (EU, Norway and Switzerland) are sent with DHL from our warehouse in Helsinki, Finland. The delivery will be sent to the address of your choice. The parcel must be signed for on delivery.

Possible damage or delay

If your package is delayed or there are errors on the product you have ordered, please contact us (see more in Kvalitetsgaranti). We do not replace the so-called indirect damage, ie any additional inconvenience and expense as a delivery delay may cause. However we always make sure that you get new and faultless goods.


For best durability, delicacies are packed  frozen and thawed during transport. Then they will be handled as a fresh product. All the products (not chocolate) should be stored in the refrigerator. Cheese, jam, cured meats and chocolate have not been frozen. Some products can still be partly or completely frozen when they arrive which can be good to know if you plan dinner the same day. All our products are packed to conserve cold and quality, and we always leave a fridge guarantee of 48 hours.
